Hello there! I'm Azariyah Watson, a dedicated music enthusiast with a heart for empowering the next generation through the magic of music. My journey has taken me through the vibrant landscapes of the music industry, and I'm excited to share how my path has led me to Urban Spirit Studios as its Managing Director. Nottingham has a rich cultural heritage, and I'm passionate about amplifying its musical voice on a larger stage. Through Urban Spirit Studios, we're not just creating music; we're building a movement that showcases the incredible talent this city has to offer. Together, we're shaping a dynamic music scene that resonates far beyond our borders.

I first started in this business as a garage and baseline MC working alongside and touring with the likes of ms dynamite, Shola ama, so solid crew, soldier boy, ndubs and tiny temper. I’ve worked with some great producers like Mike delinquent, all around the world records, and Jamie Duggan. I then moved over to youth mentoring in schools ,outreach centres, youth offending projects and prisons teaching lyric writing and mcing to vulnerable young people. I’ve always had a passion for music and performance so this position is a perfect fit for me. Where I can add my creative eye to all of the marketing campaigns and the artists bespoke development and branding.
